The Luxury versions include all of the above plus lower arm or lower leg massage and a hand or foot exfoliation and mask, rather like having a facial on your hands or feet....bliss!

Nail Gems are available at 25p each and are suitable for Hands or Feet.  One design is shown above but there are many variations ranging from subtle to Full-On Glam!
